- Examination of documentary evidence of the Plaintiff

- Examination of additional documentary evidence from the plaintiff and / or the Defendant
- Examination of witnesses from Plaintiff
- The examination of witnesses from the Defendant;
- Examination of expert witnesses (if necessary);
- Conclusion;
- Verdict.
