Our Labor and Employment group has extensive experience in resolving disputes through mediation. What we do includes:
- Preparing application of mediation against workers who do not reach agreement in bipartite negotiations;
- Registering applications of mediations with the Manpower Institution;
- Responding to complaints/summons;
- Preparing chronological and detachment of the company;
- Preparing the evidence;
- Attending initial mediation session and submit a chronological, positions and the detachment of the company and evidence;
- Attending the second and third mediation sessions;
- Providing legal opinion to the Company against recommendation of mediator;
- Replying to mediators regarding their recommendations.
- Preparing Mutual Agreement in the event of an agreement;
- Registering Mutual Agreements to the Industrial Relations Court.
