Experienced in corporate action, downsizing/efficiency, general termination, bipartite, mediation, outsourcing, litigation, and Mutual Agreement Termination. He does reviews and drafting for employment agreements, company regulations, and collective labor agreements. He specializes in Oil & Gas, Technology, Consumer Goods and Insurance Companies. As a Managing Partner, Mr. Darmanto successfully led the firm to reach business goals as the Best Boutique Firm of Industrial Relations in Indonesia. An accomplished Industrial Relation’s Trainer and an active contributor to the Indonesian Labor Law Teachers and Practitioners Association. Mr. Darmanto is a licensed Advocate and a member of the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI). He holds a Master of Law from Gadjah Mada University.
